Torq 9'6" Longboard - Teal + Carbon Strip

TORQ produce both a 9’1 and 9’6 which are more traditional noseriders, focussed on stability and trim. These are excellent for both developing and skilled longboarders aiming for traditional style surfing in smaller waves. Low rockered with a wide nose, these are super stable with tons of glide.  The biggest differences between them is the 9’1 has a harder rail through the tail with a double concave vee for manoeuvrability. The 9’6 has softer rails and a rolled bottom for classic trim and hold.

The fin system is designed by Futures Fins of California - one of the most respected fin systems on the planet.

Torq TET + CS surfboards all come with fins. The Torq Longboard comes with a 2+1 set up, offering all round performance with the option of single fin only.

Construction: 

The torq TET-CS, or Carbon Strip utilises the same advanced TET process with a performance oriented lay-up. The TET-CS Mod Fun features a UD Carbon Strip on the base and deck for strength but allows torsional flex. These boards feel more lively than the standard TET; slightly lighter and more responsive, making them even more fun to surf, but just as strong as before.
