Mugiro Neck Protector

NECK PROTECTION FOR WETSUITS

Collar-shaped guard, protecting the most sensitive areas of the neck from chafing and injuries caused by wetsuit use in water sports (swimming, surfing, scuba diving,…).

Manufactured with elastic material and vaseline to create a protective layer between the skin and suit. It separates the movement of the neck from the wetsuit, totally reducing the risk of skin injuries. Designed with a flap-shaped extension to extend protection to the wetsuit zip fastening area.

Suitable for use with vaseline

With lower density than water (it floats), it does not affect the swimmer’s buoyancy

Elastic and easy to put on. (Triathlon: In a race, it can be removed as fast as a swimming cap or goggles)

Washable and reusable

It is sold with a plastic container for storage and transport

Sizing:

Size XS for neck circumference between 25 and 30cm. Recommended for children and women.

Size S for neck circumference between 30 and 35cm. Recommended for women.

Size L for neck circumference between 35 and 40cm. Recommended for men.

Instructions:

Pull the protector over your head.

Place it beneath the wetsuit collar, leaving a maximum space of 1 to 2cm on the outside, making sure the area where chafing occurs is covered.

The protector flap has been designed to extend protection to teh wetsuit zip area. In order to prevent chafing and discomfort in this area, position the flap so it covers the zip fastening. 

Caution: Do not leave to dry in the sun as the UV rays will degrade the product.

Tips:

The protector is supplied with a container for storage when not in use and for easy transport.

The protector is washable and reusable. It must be washed at a temperature of less than 40 degrees C.

It should be cleaned with water to remove traces of chlorine or salt and to increase it's life after each use.

Once dry, store in the the container.
