At Jelly Fish we believe that a good neoprene swim hat is the most important piece of kit for both togs and wetsuit swimmers. The design of these hats ensures your head and ears are covered with 3mm cosy neoprene that doesn't ride up or slide off. A handy velcro adjuster gives you the perfect fit.  Protecting your ears not only keeps you warmer but helps to protect you from damaging your ears from prolonged exposure to cold water. For those with particular sensitive ears or previous damage we stongly recommend adding a pair of ear plugs.  Surf Ears are our favourites but there are numerous choices available.
